When you give, a child in a One Hope United program gets a holiday filled with gifts and joy. Together we can reach kids and families across Illinois and Florida. Every $50 gives one child their holiday.

Why I’m riding this train
“I was one of those kids hoping for a present. The gifts from donors were the only ones I got.”

I moved through nine foster homes before I turned ten. On holiday mornings, the presents I opened came from people I never met, people who chose to give. That’s me in the photo, holding one of them.

Today I’m a designer and cofounder of Barely Beige Studio, and I serve on the board of One Hope United. This season I want every child who is hoping for a present to get one.
